Welcome Paul Parry

So we have now signed a 31 year old striker. This is what we’ve all been asking for.

No not the 31 year old bit but a striker with a bit of experience.

He’s played at 3 different clubs and looks like a handy player who can play either up front or on the wing.

He’s also played 12 times for Wales scoring once for them. 20120709-154332.jpg

The only reason Chris lost his place in the Leicester team was because they signed Kasper Schmeichel.

We have a good feeling about Chris but he will have stiff competition for the number 1 top by our other new signing Joe Anyon

Underwhealmed?

Well we have to new signings but the general reaction from most town fans seems to be negative.

Rob Purdie seems to be the one most people are a bit disappointed with and this is understandable as he is not proven at this level.

On the website it says he had a spell at Oldham but he didn’t make an appearance for them. So it will be interesting to see if he can cope.

Luke Summerfield has played at a higher level with Plymouth and he made over 100 appearances with them.

Watching Summerfield last year he was very impressive and always looked to create something special. We think he will be the man to look out for as he has to prove he was right to make the step up to League 1.

But where else do we need to bring more players in?

Who would you like to see brought in?
